Healthy mango smoothie

This healthy mango smoothie has only a few ingredients, and most of them are fruit! Here’s what you need:


Frozen mango: Frozen mango is easy to find at the grocery store and easy to store. This is typically what we use for mango smoothies. You can also use fresh mango if you have it available, but the consistency won’t be as icy.

Banana: The banana helps give a creamy consistency and enhances the sweetness of the smoothie.

Water and milk: A small amount of milk is useful for giving a creamy consistency, so we’ve used a combination of water and milk. You can use any type of milk, whether it’s from animals or plant-based (more on that below).

Ice cubes: The ice cubes give the perfect airy consistency.

Fresh lemon juice: Lemon juice is key to enhancing the flavors in the smoothie; it’s like salt in sweet dishes!


Put frozen mango, banana, water, milk, ice cubes, and fresh lemon juice in a blender.

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more water or milk to achieve the desired consistency.

Serve in a glass and enjoy!
