Ingredients:
450 grams gluten-free bread, cut into cubes
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped carrot
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups gluten-free chicken or vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the celery, onion, carrot, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the toasted bread cubes, parsley, sage, and thyme.
- Pour the broth over the mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the stuffing to a baking dish and cover.
